Your new role
This is a complex and busy role with a focus on team management, objective setting and a large element of training. With regards to the specifics of the role there is an opportunity to engage with customers, work on challenging projects and take ownership of your teams customer portfolio. Furthermore, this role will include driving collections, reviewing and increase activity levels.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will having working knowledge and experience within Credit Control. You will also need strong knowledge of FCA guidelines and how to implement these. You will also have strong team management skills and a good working knowledge of Excel.
