FP&A Analyst

A fantastic 6-month opportunity has arisen within a disruptive, Private Equity backed technology business. The ideal FP&A Analyst will be joining at a key point following a new round of funding from the new investors. With a range of clients that include Beyonce, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Madonna it really is a business with international reach. The remit requires a strong Financial Modeller to tackle ad hoc projects and network throughout the business, establishing a clear path for progression and development.

The Role:

• Take ownership of the data in the bi-annual budget and forecast process within the company. This will require close work with the FD, Operations and Sales teams across our key regional geographies.
• Assist in the delivery of the 5 year plan working closely with the FD.
• Prepare forecast, budget and 5 year plan financial analysis packs and reporting for all stakeholders
• Review and report monthly performance against budget plans, and forecasts,with recommendations and actions to ensure performance is enhanced and KPIs are met.
• Provide financial and analytical support in regard to all commercial decisions, strategic planning and operational projects that are being undertaken by the

• Putting together business cases / numbers for senior stakeholders and private equity investors
• Business partnering with marketing, sales, R&D
• Balance sheet and cash-flow forecasting

Requirements

• ACCA/CIMA Qualified
• Minimum 3 years within an FP&A environment
• Experience working in Private Equity and B2B environment is desirable.
• Confident communicator, to liaise with various stakeholders across the business.
• Strong Excel Modelling Skills - VBA would be highly desirable.
• Strong desire to evaluate data at a granular level and problem solve.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• NetSuite and Salesforce Experience
