My client is a leading property development business. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a CFO to work alongside the CEO in driving the business forward.
Role
Your role will oversee a number of regions offering strategic guidance and operational support to the business units.
Duties will include:
- Preparing, developing and implementing the group business plan.
- Working closely with the regional Managing Director’s and Finance Director’s to prioritise business requirements.
- Undertake risk and opportunity reviews.
- Challenge each division to optimise its performance.
- Implement Group policy across all business units.
- Ensure that regions are adhering to best practice.
- Deputise for the CEO in their absence.
- Review all land purchases/transactions in the Region.
- Ad hoc duties
Person
You will be a fully qualified accountant with exceptional leadership skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering improvements to both operations and finance across a number of business units.
Offer
£120,000 basic salary, car allowance and bonus.
