Credit Control Administrator
Are you immediately available, with previous credit control administration, or finance administration experience, and are looking for your next interim role?

Helping our client progress from great to outstanding isn't an easy task, but joining our client as a credit control assistant, is a rewarding and exciting one for any collections administrator. This is a superb opportunity for candidates with recent finance experience, or credit control administration experience or similar finance experience to work with a growing, market leading business, based on the outskirts of High Wycombe.

The main responsibility of this Credit Control Assistant is to work closely with the Credit Control team, in assessing all of the customers requests, completing credit checks, and ensuring all of the orders are then suitable for processing.
You will be responsible for:

- Completing all orders for various on-line customer accounts, in an accurate and timely manner
- Providing credit checks on all customers and clients each day
- Assessing all orders and checking all orders to ensure there are no fraudulent applications
- Plan and prioritise your workload each day, and take ownership for investigating and responding to customer requests accurately
- Be responsible for communicating via email and telephone for all customer correspondence
- Supporting the Credit Control team with various customer accounts and handling queries
Experience required as a Credit Control Assistant:
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment with a desire to exceed expectations, ideally within a similar credit or finance role
- Proven experience of working as part of a team and embrace change whilst adopting a positive attitude if faced with challenging situations
- Experience of Outlook and Excel and Word and SAP/Oracle is advantageous
- Interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in writing
- Focused on attention to detail and accuracy
This is a superb, challenging role that will utilise your previous finance or credit control experience and our client will offer superb training for you. Please note, the client requires all candidates to commence this role ideally by the end of February and so ideally you will be available at very short notice for interviews and to start this role. There is also a potential for permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
