A FTSE 100 business based in Central London is looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to take on a highly commercial role. The Senior Finance Manager will lead a team of three qualified accountants within the fastest growing area of this organisation, experiencing 30% growth last year.
The Senior Finance Manager will lead all commercial finance activities for the area, acting as a business partner to sales and commercial teams, reviewing pricing models and being directly involved in external negotiations. This is a high profile role and as such the Senior Finance Manager will need first rate leadership, commercial, business partnering and communication skills in order to be successful.
Given this area of the business is growing rapidly, this individual will also need to be adaptable and flexible and have a keen interest in improving processes, systems and MI.
The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA or equivalent) with post-qualified experience in a large, complex business. Exposure to partnering with Sales and other non-finance teams is also essential as is formidable drive and energy.
