Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for an Interim Accounts Payable Clerk to work with a charitable institution based near Hatfield. This role will last for an initial period of three months on an interim basis.

As the Interim Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for full purchase ledger management, with primary focus on ensuring all invoices are coded correctly and processed within month end timescales. You will process supplier payment runs, manage supplier direct debits and standing orders, and provide efficient query resolution to set deadlines. Completing regular updates of supplier details for analysis reports will be key in assisting the Finance Manager with month end reporting.

The successful candidate will be a confident, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual and have previous experience an accounting function, with a good accounts payable background. You will have strong attention to detail and have the ability to record information accurately. It is essential you have a good understanding of Sage, in particular Sage 200.
