Job Description:
- Preparation of the management accounts for UK business including commentary
- Preparation of individual restaurant P&L's and distribution to site
- Preparation of Balance sheet Reconciliations - accruals, prepayments and payroll
- Preparation of Accruals and Prepayments
- Preparation of Head office costs and monthly P&L's
- Preparation of periodic reporting
- Assisting with the implementation of IT systems
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Preparation of cost line schedules and analysis
- Working with individual restaurants to understand their P&L and to make any adjustments where necessary
- Other adhoc tasks
Specialist Knowledge:
- Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Experience in Multi-Site business is essential
- Proficient Communication skills and interaction with individuals and non-finance departments a must
- Ability to build relationships internally and externally
- Excellent excel skills - ability to manipulate and interpret large volumes of information in a logical way
