Your new role
Our client is looking for a Controller / Business Partner to join the team. Duties will include providing accurate and timely financial information to the management team, provide monthly performance reports covering all manufacturing costs, support the monthly accounts close process, preparation of business planning and forecasting information, assisting in elements of product costing and process setting.
This role will be an analytical role which will bring the numbers to life to the wider operations team. You will look at product costs, costs reduction, capital justification. You will be the financial touch on the organisation.


What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking for someone who is qualified, has experience working in a manufacturing environment. Analytical skills are a must and SAP experience would be ideal but not essential.
Team fit is imperative for the role, you will be working with the production and maintenance team. You need to be proactive, have a flexible attitude to work, all hands on deck approach.
