Group Financial Controller

Based in central London and close to Kings Cross my client is a Private Equity backed Construction and Manufacturing group, who have an immediate requirement for a Group Financial Controller

Responsible for financial reporting and risk management of PE-backed group with operations in the UK and Europe, including:

• monthly management reporting
• weekly cash forecasting and reporting
• quarterly covenant reporting and ownership of the Group’s loan facilities
• statutory reporting and compliance (including tax)
• general treasury management, use of hedging instruments, etc
• budgeting and forecasting for Head Office entities

• the provision of timely and accurate financial and management information across the UK group
• financial planning and budgetary control
• treasury management
• regulatory and tax compliance and reporting
• the implementation and maintenance of a strong internal controls environment
• Recruitment of additional team members
