An M&A Tax Manager / Assistant Manager role in Leeds city centre. Salary of £50,000 plus benefits.

Your new company
I am working in partnership with a leading accountancy firm to recruit a new M&A Tax Manager for their growing team.

Your new role
You will work as part of a specialist M&A Tax team on both local and national transactions, taking the lead on diligence and structuring and liaising with internal stakeholders and clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally possess the CTA and/or ACA qualification and have previous experience of working in corporate tax in a practice environment. Alternatively, you may be working for HMRC and be seeking a move to the private sector. It is essential that you posses a high level of computer literacy and quality business writing skills. Due to the nature of the work you will be confident, personable and professional, and be capable of building and developing excellent client relationships. Previous experience of working in M&A tax would be advantageous but not essential.
