Head of Pricing and Contracts​ - About the Role 

You will oversee and manage a sizeable team covering renewals, pricing and contract management. Through a significant period of change there will be a huge amount of work to do around process improvement and as such you should be happy to push back and challenge the business as necessary. 

As the Head of Pricing and Contracts you will:

• Engage, develop and retain high performing individuals who contribute to the success of the team, and the wider business.
• Ensure timely processing of client MS orders and invoicing.
• Ensure in life moves, adds, changes and deletions are actioned in a timely manner.
• Ensure on time and accurate renewals, through clear qualification of requirements including upsell where possible.
• Work closely with our suppliers/vendors to obtain better discounts for higher margin retention.
• Identify and proactively drive continuous improvement in our people, process and systems through standard ways of working
• Identifying and proactively communicating any risks associated with client renewals.

The successful Head of Pricing and Contracts will have extensive experience running multi function teams across locations. Ideally you will have an understanding of the IT Solutions environment although other sector experience will be considered. Most important will be your ability to successfully manage a large team across different disciplines ensuring that they work seamlessly to deliver the required results for the business.
