Senior Commercial Financial Analyst

Leading FTSE Consumer business is seeking a commercially astute Senior Financial Analyst to support the Commercial Controller of this FTSE listed organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the 2018 Planning Process by consolidating and presenting EMEA strategic plans
• Produce management reporting packs, assisting with ongoing process improvement wherever possible
• Working with the marketing department and the regional finance managers to analyse the in-market sales (IMS) and cross border trade (CBT) data to understand the underlying business performance
• Take ownership of monitoring and reporting CBT and IMS, as well as performing price and volume analysis on the individual country sales.
• Business partner with EMEA operational functions challenging actual spend vs. forecast
• Analysis of key commercial data (eg. around Pricing and Marketing spend)
• Own the commentary - must understand the numbers and be able to follow logic all the way through the business

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate and Qualified accountant (3-5 PQE in a commercial role)
• Experience of working in a similar Analyst role in a large international business
• Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Modelling skills 
• Strong communication skills at all levels right up to the CFO and the ability to work to deadlines

Offering up to £70k base, £6.6k car allowance, 15% bonus and benefits.
