Accountant

Partner Financial are working with a Global Enterprise based in Central London who are going through a period of change following new senior leadership and finance structure. The business has been growing aggressively over the past few years both organically and through international acquisitions and are now looking to develop their finance function so it is fit for purpose.

The finance function are seeking support to help define and improve some key processes across bonus reconciliations, partnering with HR teams and Shared Service teams to ensure that the information flows correctly through HR, Shared Services and Finance. This person will also be performing monthly balance sheet reports and working on an ad-hoc basis alongside the group team on various reporting requirements.

This individual will be a qualified accountant and have worked on some process improvement projects in a large group, liaising with Shared Service Centre third parties and other operational departments to work through a multitude of issues. This person would ideally have trained in practice and have a strong understanding of financial accounting and group reporting principles.
