Corporate Finance M&A Executive

PS Resourcing is acting on behalf of a highly successful corporate finance house with a reputation that is built on working on quality transactions and employing the highest calibre corporate finance professionals in the market.

Due to continual growth they are looking to hire an Executive who has the ability and commercial awareness to play a key role in a variety of different lead advisory transactions including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and valuations.

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background (strong A Levels, degree, related professional qualification), more than likely have trained with a Top 10 international accountancy firm, be a confident communicator and commercially aware and ideally have some transaction experience within either Corporate Finance M&A, Transaction Services, Corporate Restructuring. Candidates looking to make their first move from audit in to corporate finance will also be considered as long as they possess the enthusiasm and passion for the sector.

On top of a competitive base salary the appointed individual will participate in an outstanding bonus scheme which is based on the annual performance of the firm.
