SF Group are recruiting for an experienced interim Finance Director who can demonstrate out and out site manufacturing experience working in busy and sizeable production environments under pressure.
As the FD you will work in partnership with the MD and others in the senior management team to drive production,efficiencies, margins and profit whilst having a strong handle on operational issues including wastage and costing. You will be happy working in a fast paced and changeable working environment.
You will have the gravitas to lead and motivate a busy finance team whilst managing strong working relationships with challenging clients and controlling suppliers to maximise cash flow but ensure supply.
This role will move quickly and is only likely to be suitable for someone who is immediately available.
