Senior Commercial Finance Manager

Key accountabilities will include working closely with operational teams to ensure that robust plans are in place to address any and all performance variances, preparing and communicating expert commercial commentary to executive leaders, tracking the delivery and benefits of finance transformation projects, working with pricing and bids teams to assess demand and determine cost of sales, leading regular reporting and forecasting cycles, developing monthly productivity measures and evaluating business cases, day to day P&L management, mentoring and coaching the finance team.

The successful candidate will be a progressive, qualified finance professional (MBA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable business partnering experience gained from within a fast paced, dynamic environment. Applicants must possess high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience of working closely with and managing international teams and stakeholders is crucial. Previous cost controlling experience would be advantageous.
