Group Finance Manager

Our client is a sizeable PE backed business with ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller key responsibilities will include -

Head office

• Responsibility for the production, to a high standard, of the Corporate/Head Office Management Accounts including but not limited to monthly financial reports and presentations, Budgets and forecasts.
• Full responsibility for the preparation of Corporate/Head Office recharges to the operating entities
• Full responsibility for the accounting and reporting of a number of Head Office entities including Statutory accounts:
• The main contact for inter-company transactions, tasks include but are not limited to producing and distributing inter-company reconciliation statements

Ad- hoc Group reporting activities will include -

• Assisting with the preparation of group consolidated statutory accounts
• Accounting for business acquisitions
• Implementing new accounting standards
• Assessing local accounts submissions for data integrity and compliance
• Drafting of accounting papers as required
• Integration of new accounting platforms

You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA). It would be beneficial for you to have experience of working in a multi-currency accounting environment. This role would suit someone looking to make a move out of practice. You must be Big 4 qualified.
