CORPORATE FINANCE ANALYST

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a unique and fast growing boutique consultancy/advisory business based in Reading.

Their continued growth and expansion means that they are now looking to recruit an additional analyst to join their team.

This role will form part of a professional team, will give you access to other senior professionals who can mentor and develop you as required and will offer a wide variety of projects.

Duties include - financial analysis of the financial performance of a business to identify key factors affecting its financial strength, analysing financial statements, analysing cash flows, debt metrics and liquidity as well as conducting industry research to determine their competitive position and risks.

For the right individual there is immediate development available and future career paths into more senior positions and exposure.

The ideal candidate will have solid analytical experience and high quality reporting writing skills and be degree educated and be comfortable working in a small (currently) entrepreneurial business. Any experience within areas such as due diligence or corporate finance would be beneficial.
