CFO

My client is a leading property development business who due to their continued growth are now looking for a CFO. The role will work alongside the CEO in driving the business forward across a number of business units and expanding operations across the Midlands.

Role

Your role will oversee a number of regions offering strategic guidance and operational support to the business units whilst providing financial reporting to the Group Board.

Duties will include:

• Preparing, developing and implementing the group business plan.
• Working closely with the regional Managing Director’s and Heads of Finance to prioritise business requirements.
• Undertake risk and opportunity reviews.
• Challenge each division to optimise its performance.
• Implement Group policy across all business units.
• Ensure that regions are adhering to best practice.
• Deputise for the CEO in their absence.
• Review all land purchases/transactions in the Region.
• Ad hoc duties

Person

You will be a fully qualified accountant with exceptional leadership skills. You will have a proven track record of delivering improvements to both operations and finance across a number of regions. Residential development or general manufacturing experience would be beneficial.

Offer

£120,000 basic salary, car allowance and generous bonus package.
