Your new role
As a Director, you will manage a large/complex portfolio of cases and provide clients with practical and efficient advice whilst developing strong working relationships. You will assist the partners in business development and marketing initiatives and leveraging opportunities to maximise fee income. You will coach and mentor members within the Financial Services team. You will be responsible for financial billing targets, reviewing billing targets, utilisation rates, recovery rates, chargeable hours etc. and agree/negotiate clients fees per engagement as appropriate. You develop internal and external contacts in order to maximise cross selling opportunities, building strong client rapport and take an active involvement in marketing initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with previous experience operating at director level in a similar role is required. Assurance experience from a practice background would be a distinct advantage as is business development experience and interest would be a distinct advantage. You will have proven assurance experience in producing high quality audits, excellent knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS and assurance experience of Financial Services clients and CASS assurance experience.
