Senior Finance Business Partner

Senior Finance Business Partner required to work with a large dynamic charity based near Waterloo - £60k.

Your new role:

This role involves co-ordinating the Finance Business Partners & analysts and to be accountable for the delivery and quality of the Finance Business Partnership within a Programme or Central Team, bringing strategic financial and business expertise and experience to bear in supporting clients to achieve the strategic and operational goals. This will involve providing advice, guidance, support and insight to business leaders, influencing decision-making to achieve optimal performance, whilst assessing any associated risks and benefits.

The Operations team coordinate and organise all of the programs for young people run by the organisation. This role supports the Director of Operations and their direct reports in formulating strategies and plans to deliver organisational objectives and to help the Director in identifying opportunities to improve operational performance. In addition, the post holder will promote and champion the finance strategy, policies, control frameworks, governance and process standards. The post holder will also support and build leadership and financial management capability, through the provision of advice, coaching and positive challenge.

The Senior Finance Business Partner will report into the CFO and manage one analyst. There will also be another Finance Business Partner and analyst on the team who will require supervision and direction but not direct management.

What you'll need to succeed:

The ideal candidate for this role will be an qualified Accountant and experienced Business Partner from a medium to large sized organisation. You will be a confident communicator with the ability to challenge stakeholders and take on a leadership position within the Business Partnering team.
