Investment Manager

Hawkmont Consulting is currently recruiting an Investment Manager for a Private Equity House who specialise in backing high growth SME’s.

The Company

This is an excellent opportunity within one of the most exciting PE houses in the country, who have a lengthy track record of producing excellent returns for their investors.  This is a role where you will have a mixture of responsibilities including, analysis of new business opportunities, deal origination, managing due diligence, deal structuring, performance monitoring and portfolio management. 

Requirements

To be applicable for this role you must fit the below criteria.  

• Background in banking, private equity or corporate finance.
• Comfortable driving positive business and process change.
• Must have prior M&A experience coupled with internal growth/restructuring abilities
• Fantastic leadership and management capability
• A background in either audit/corporate finance would be seen as a positive foundation
• Knowledge of driving best practice in growing business would be advantageous
• A fully qualified finance professional is preferred (ACA /CA/ ACCA /ACMA)
