We are working on an opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join the award winning and expanding tax team at this UK Top 30 Chartered Accountants. This firm is committed to the personal development of staff and understands the importance of a work/life balance.
As a qualified CTA and ACCA/ACA Corporate Tax Manager, you will be leading the team effectively to keep delivering exceptional results and service. You will be client driven, demonstrating an enthusiastic and flexible approach with responsibilities including:
- Managing a client portfolio offering corporate tax compliance and planning advice, whilst effectively building and maintaining relationships corporate clients
- Supporting Tax Partners on projects including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and complex investigations
- Undertaking tax due diligence duties with the transaction support team
- Managing the successful delivery of tax service, ensuring technical excellence and commercial awareness
