Accounts Assistant

Due to continued expansion this successful manufacturing business is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join an expanding team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a great opportunity to join the business and work in an expanding role and develop your career.

The Role: 
The main duties you’ll be involved in are: 
• Carrying out end to end payroll processing & administration for circa 120 monthly paid staff 
• Ensuring that colleague & HMRC queries are dealt with efficiently 
• Raising sales invoices – high in value, low in volume 
• Sales order processing 
• Intra-stat, EC Sales & National Stats Reporting 

Requirements: 
• This role would suit someone who is currently working in a Practice and looking for their first move into Commerce & Industry 
Ideally you will: 
• Have previous experience of end to end payroll 
• Be accurate with sound attention to detail 
• Have strong communication skills with an analytical approach 
• The ability to prioritise and keep confidentiality 
• Confident with Excel 

Benefits:
