Client Accountant

We are working with an established property company who are looking for a client accountant to join their team in Central London.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
·Accurate client reporting to including service charges, rent and insurance etc.
·Close service charges before deadlines
·Review service charge cash reconciliations
·Liaise with surveyors, managers, auditors and solicitors when necessary
·Attend meetings with clients to understand their needs
·Calculate and compile completion statements
·Develop excellent working relationships

Experience in a similar role within the property sector and the ability to use manual cash books and TRAMPS is essential.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to organise and prioritise their own workload.
