The Tax Accountant will support the Tax Compliance and Reporting Specialist with tax reporting, corporate tax compliance across EMEA and be specifically responsible for the UK tax compliance and reporting for the subsidiaries.
The objectives are to
- Ensure that tax compliance across EMEA is monitored and issues identified and resolved
- Ensure that all matters relating to UK corporate tax compliance and reporting for the subsidiares are met, and be a point of contact, both internally and externally, for UK corporation tax matters
- Support HR to ensure PAYE obligations, in particular the PSA, are met
- Oversee the third party tax compliance outsource providers
They are a core member within the EMEA Tax team, and will also support the business and UK tax in addressing any factors that have a financial impact and support improvements in performance through actionable recommendations and challenge to decision making by business units and UK tax.
Whilst this role is focussed on tax compliance and reporting, there is expected to be an element of cross working and collaboration amongst the EMEA tax team.
