Senior Interim Accountant, Watford, Hertfordshire £200 - £300 per day
Our client, one of the most well-known organisations in the area with an impressive market presence, is looking to source a talented and ambitious Senior Accountant to join their team on an interim basis. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a growing sector with a company that values its employees and rewards high achievers. Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a must.
Key responsibilities include:
* Statutory Accounting under IFRS and UK GAAP,
* Balance sheet reporting
* Fixed Asset Accounting
* Treasury management
* Prepare yearend audit file
* Full responsibility for the company fleet
* Accruals, prepayments and journals
* Tax compliance
* Complete VAT returns
The successful candidate will be fully ACA Qualified (ideally from one of the Top 10 Audit Firms) with a minimum of 3 years' PQE. You will have an impressive academic background, including at least a 2 from a top University and strong 'A' Level results along with a sound technical skillset. You will be confident in developing strong relationships and effectively communicating with all levels of finance and other senior colleagues. Future prospects are excellent as is the chance of a permanent role.
