Based on the outskirts of Bolton, towards Wigan this FMCG business are poised to grow further throughout the UK. With a strong presence in the North of England they have recently acquired a similar business in the midlands, providing them an opportunity to work across multi-sites and service their Client base towards the South. With the Head Office in Bolton they are looking to strengthen the accounting department to support growth and provide detailed reporting across the business. Easily identifiable they are also a household name in a business which has roots in a family run, successful organisation.   

Your New Role 

As Management Accountant you will provide the business with the ability to identify risk, plan for the future and gain visibility of the current state of affairs. Supporting the management accounting process you shall also partner with the commercial team to provide cost saving initiatives and work closely to monitor KPI's. As Management Accountant you shall also be exposed to the budgeting process and also have the opportunity to take the lead on a number of projects which will be finance driven. An exciting opportunity in the North you shall also work with a group of highly adaptable senior managers who are also keen to drive performance whilst remaining personnel conscious. The owners value the staff and seek to provide opportunity as the business continues to thrive.  

Your Experience & Our Requirements

You shall be CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualified and have at least 3 years post qualification experience. The business may also consider QBE applications who have worked in a driven similar role. You shall have strong technical ability, especially in the production of management accounts and be looking to business partner with the view to develop further in your career. Able to demonstrate working with stakeholders and management you shall be an adaptable, energetic and commercial minded accountant.
