Management Accountant

A fantastic Management Accountant opportunity within an international organisation who are looking to recruit top class talent into their finance team in order to streamline procedures and ensure processes are lean, aiding their ambition to significantly increase their turnover within the next five years.

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Management Accountant who will become an integral part of the team, working closely with the Financial Controller, supporting with all aspects of Management Accounts.

A key focus within the business is to ensure that employees are constantly pushing to develop themselves and process improvements further. Always looking to promote from within, there are opportunities for progression should you prove yourself within the role as the business expands.

Ideally you will be part qualified CIMA or equivalent, with previous exposure to a large organisation within a Management Accountant position. Initially you will learn the role and the business, getting involved in maintaining accounts for smaller entities and over time the role will grow and you will take on more significant responsibilities.

This Management Accountant position would suit an effective communicator with excellent analytical skills and the ability to investigate and work to tight deadlines.
