Axon Moore are recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a highly respected organisation based in Chesterfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with budget holders and ensuring that all relevant financial information is available to ensure strong commercially focussed decisions are made regarding spend for the organisation.
A key role, you will be responsible for ensuring funding is utilised correctly and advice is given in regards to future savings and budget challenges. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and utilising effective reports and ensuring budget holders are able to fully utilise and engage with these. Joining a newly structured and engaged finance team this is an opportunity input into the development and direction of the role.
To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record of management accounting and/or finance business partnering. You will have a passion and drive to make a difference as well as a commercial flair. The successful applicant will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be a self-starter and will have and strong excel skills.
