An exciting new job for an ACA qualified accountant ready for a step to finance manager level in Industry.

My client, a fast growing , medium sized SME Retail business located in Central London is recruiting a new Finance Manager due to strong growth leading to internal promotions. The business has a strong presence in the UK and Internationally and is a highly respected brand in their sector. Recruiting talented, ambitious professionals they have created a warm, progressive culture and excellent place to work.

This is a varied role working at a high level within the business and would best suit someone technically strong with excellent interpersonal skills who can confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
Manage the period and year end timetables
Full responsibility for the balance sheet
Preparing the accounts for UK and European entities
Producing the statutory accounts for all entities
Review and lead on improving processes and controls
VAT and Payroll
Ownership of the audit process
Working closely with the FD on various projects

To apply:
Qualified Accountant, ACA/CA, 2-3 years post qualified level
Post qualified Industry experience in a hands on, reporting focused role
Practice-audit background
Leadership skills
Experience preparing management and statutory accounts
