An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join an International business within their Commercial Division. The successful candidate will build relationships across the business effortlessly and contribute to the overall vision of the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Business Partnering, you will be responsible for managing the commercial financial reports, budgeting and forecasts.

Key duties for the Finance Business Partner will include:

Providing effective business partnering to the commercial side of the organisation, liaising with budget holders on a daily basis and providing them with accurate financial information.

Advising on financial performance and delivering continuous improvements to planning and reporting processes

Reviewing risks and making recommendations from detailed analysis.

Managing and driving  Key Performance Indicators and Performance Improvements

Supporting the central reporting processes

Maintaining  positive relationships between finance and commercial units.

The successful candidate will:

Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)

Possess strategic awareness and business understanding

Have excellent influencing and communication skills

Have advanced Excel and Word skills

Be flexible to meeting challenges and changing circumstances
