This is a role based out of High Wycombe working for an leading business that are growing at fast pace and now is a very exciting time to be part of that journey as they continue to grow and increase their market.

Your new role

You will be working within a small but highly motivated team responsible for a portfolio of accounts and you will be responsible for the running of these accounts including query resolution, statement reconciliations and a first point of contact for customers. Your key responsibilities will be

• Ensuring the payments are made to terms, queries are managed promptly and accurately
• Ensuring overdue debt is kept to a minimum
• Taking ownership for the resolution of queries in a timely manner
• Working towards targets and ensuring that unallocated cash is kept to a minimum

What you'll need to succeed
My client is looking for a professional and self-motivated team player who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will be working alongside a supportive team and Manager that thrives on the team succeeding. You must be able to demonstrate working within a similar role and give examples of where you have set yourself personal targets and worked towards team targets.
