I am pleased to be partnering with a specialist education setting in Lancashire who are keen to appoint an interim Head of Finance. Joining the Senior Management team there is scope to shape a varied role and play a major part in strategically leading the organisation forward. You will be working within an organisation who strives to create a positive and supportive environment, driven from the senior management team, which actively promotes diversity and equality.
Your role in your new job
Delivering positive leadership you will support and develop operational plans, take full responsibility for the production of all financial documents, managing forecasts, budgets, and implementing financial and business plans across varying timescales. Alongside implementation of processes, systems and working practices effective risk management is essential in this role managing funding contracts and relationships with external bodies.
Your experience and our requirements
Holding a CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualification you will ideally be an established Head of Finance or currently operating in a similar position aspiring to the next step of your career. With strong leadership skills and commercial acumen you will be able to demonstrate experience of influencing financial decisions and building strong partnerships with external stakeholders.
