Senior Finance Manager

Our client, one of the most dynamic and highly sought after FTSE listed consumer led brands, is looking to source a top calibre Senior Finance Manager to join its team of talented individuals. The role will be responsible for business partnering with various functions, including Commercial, Operations and HR to ensure strong relationships throughout and that the brand stays consistent with decisions on cost and investment.

You will be a key player in supporting decision making, key investment projects and driving value adding performance insight for stakeholders. You will be have fantastic exposure to Senior Level stakeholders, with your key customers being the Directors, CFO and Exec Team

Main duties include:
* Leading the planning and forecasting for specific functions
* Providing constructive challenge and insight to key stakeholders to ensure robust and well constructed financial outputs
* Partnering to drive effective decision making; leading financial challenge and performance reviews; commercial decision support
* Managing confidential cost centres; tracking of contingency budgets and discretionary spend
* Ownership of capital budget including scenario planning
* Analysis of overheads trends, benchmarking comparative cost performance

The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a minimum 2 - 3 years PQE and a stellar academic record, including a minimum 2:1 degree from a highly regarded institution. You must possess excellent Excel modelling skills and have industry experience gleaned from a fast-paced, large company/blue-chip environment.

Due to the highly cross-functional nature of the role, you must have a proven track record challenging and influencing others in the business, utilising a well-measured, confident and professional approach to build relationships and challenge the status quo where necessary. You will also be capable of demonstrating strong commercial awareness and understanding the key business drivers, highlighting a naturally inquisitive and analytical mind-set.
