Finance Manager/ Accountant

Well established Estate agents /property management company based in Finchley North London urgently seek and experienced Finance Manager for at least 3 months with a possibility of a longer term position in the future. Reporting to the MD and supervising a small team of 5 staff ,you will be responsible for all aspects of monthly financial and management reporting. Duties will involve :
Overseeing and monitoring the day to day transactional processes
Cash flow management
Bank reconciliations and cash book maintenance
Service charge and client accounting
Sales reporting and margin analysis
Monthly profit and loss and balance sheet analysis
Ad hoc reporting as required by the directors
Dealing with landlords,tenants and other 3rd parties such as HMRS ,
banks and maintenance companies
The ideal candidate will be/have
Part or fully qualified ACA or ACCA
Previous accounts experience gained within a busy estate agents or property management business
Excellent communication and supervisory skills
Versatile and proactive with good problem solving skills
strong system skills including sage and excel software or similar .
