Finance Business Partner

Axon Moore are exclusively working with a very fast, growing Technology business based in North Manchester who are looking to bring in a Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that has gone through continuous growth and looking to bring in a strong Senior Finance Business Partner. This role will report into the Group Financial Controller and work closely with several directors across the international group.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide commercial support to the Operations Director, Group Finance Director and IT Director to maximise and drive sales profitably across 6x sales channels
• Providing strong commercial support and challenge to the full commercial team to ensure they deliver their targets.
• Driving capital investment, high stock levels and controlling the balance sheet
• Leading large cost projects across operations and managing the overheadsBeing the finance lead on commercial related projects.
• Business partner with operational teams across the group to drive sales efficiently
• To highlight underperforming activities and support operational management to ensure that a performance plan is put in place.
• To support the existing budgeting and forecasting processes for operational and support elements of the business

 

You will be a Fully Qualified Accountant from either a ACA, CIMA or ACCA background with a strong academic track record and experience of working in a fast paced environment. In return, you will join an organisation that will be keen to develop and promote this successful candidate for future senior financial and commercial positions. This role has become available only due to an internal promotion.

 

The package is £62k - £70k + bonus + benefits
