Manufacturing / Retail business based in the Altrincham area with genuine opportunities to progress your career and gain excellent experience. This is a 6 month contract that has potential long term opportunities.
Reporting to the Financial Controller duties will include:
- Production of monthly management accounts in-line with reporting standards and deadlines
- Accruals and prepayments
- Monthly Profit and Loss review
- Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Monthly Intercompany Reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Cashflow forecasting
- Assisting with the production of monthly salaries
The right candidate will be:
- Part qualified in CIMA/ACCA
- Experience in the production of monthly accounts
- Appropriate experience of Microsoft Excel (including v-lookups and pivot tables).
