JHE & Partners are pleased to be working with a successful and rapidly expanding business based in Leeds. They are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to lead a small team during this exciting time as they look to implement new systems and complete their transition to IFRS15. 

As a result of the new systems, the successful candidate will have access to a significant amount of additional data and MI that will help them to influence key decisions throughout the business. Applicants must be confident communicators who are able to work with key stakeholders throughout the business. Commercially aware, applicants will have experience managing large amounts of data, producing timely reports including sales consolidation, flash sales, and usage analysis.

Key duties of the Commercial Finance Manager:

• Maintain and improve effective financial controls and processes
• Manage and consolidate the month end sales process
• Liaison with key stakeholders across all aspects of finance and the wider business
• Monitoring performance against service levels
• Production of reports including sales consolidation, flash sales, usage and many others
• Managing a team of three Analysts

This is a 12 month fixed term contract for a Commercial Finance Manager, however there is the possibility of a permanent position subject to business requirements at the end of the FTC.
