My client, an internationally recognised company, is seeking to recruit a Financial Accountant to assist and report to director level.
This role prepares and reports the company's financial accounts on a monthly basis with adherence to current UK GAAP/ IFRS policies and procedures. There is a Group structure and so attention to strict timescales is essential.
Duties will include, but not be excluded to:
• Preparing balance sheets
• Preparing budgets/forecasts
• Variance analysis
• Cash flows
• Liaising with External Auditors
• Weekly trading reports
• Accruals/Prepayments and Journals
• Balance sheet reconciliations
You will also be assisting with other ad hoc project work as it arises. The successful candidate will be a finalist or newly qualified accountant, who is looking to make a move to enjoy the diversified workload a truly global company can offer. This role will enable you to develop your accounting skills within a large company environment, with genuine prospects for both personal and professional progression.
