Finance Manager
Luton, Bedfordshire
£50,000 - £60,000 pa
A leading organisation based in Bedfordshire with National reach and exposure is looking for a Finance Manager to join their office in Luton. A highly experienced team with an autonomous culture and informal nature.
This role will provide financial support to the business and the role is extremely broad with exposure in project accounting, finance management and business partnering.
Key responsibilities and duties in the role will include:
-Commercial analysis/Business partner with Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
-Financial modelling
-Monthly and quarterly forecasting
-Divisional budgeting
-Ownership of process improvement
-General ad-hoc analysis
-Management of small team
The ideal candidate will have:
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate with senior management teams
-Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
-Commercial understanding of Retail/ FMCG environment
-Advanced Excel skills
-Management experience with the drive to improve team members
-Strong influencing skills and highly commercial
