A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client, a highly successful blue chip business, who is currently seeking an ambitious individual to work within this high profile organisation.

The role will present numerous challenges and hence requires a tenacious personality, strong numerical acumen and a creative approach to problem solving.

The ideal application will require a strong academic profile including impressive A Levels, a degree from a redbrick University and a finance related sandwich year / internship.

The following duties will fill the initial remit although candidates should be aware that the brief will change very quickly as potential is shown and progression is made up the career ladder.

Key Duties
-Production of billing for all internal and external fees
-Multiple balance sheet reconciliation
-Inter-company loan postings
-Cash allocation of fees
-Inter-company and loan reconciliations
-Balance sheet reconciliations
-Provision of financial data to senior management team
-Optimisation of cash-flow
-Assisting with audit queries
-Managing delivery against individual objectives and assigned projects
-Supporting wider finance - including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Reporting functions

It is key you are able to demonstrate a strong ability to prioritise and plan workload, have proven analytical capabilities in order to interpret business requirements and tailor reports to the users, whilst consistently approaching tasks with a methodical and logical thought process.

In addition, Advanced Excel capabilities would be a significant advantage as would BE the commencement of professional studies (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
