A leading asset manager is looking a finance assistant to join initially on a 3 month temp to perm contract with study support included, this is due to the business expanding.
As a finance assistant you will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts and reconciling the trial balance.
Main responsibilities will include
- Ownership of the acocunts receivable function
- cash flow report
- Bank reconciliations
- balance sheet reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Reconling the trial balance
- journal entries including prepayments and accruals
- Regulatory reporting (training provided)
Requirements:
- You will be part qualified ACA/ACCA or equivalent or finalist
- Experience using Oracle is desirable
- Working in professional services is preferable
This role is ideal for a finance assistant who wants to develop their professional qualifications and has between 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
