Senior Internal Auditor

My client is looking to strengthen their Group Internal Audit team with the appointment of a Senior Internal Auditor based in central London. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit and Internal Audit Manager, the role provides an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Internal Audit professional wanting to develop their career in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and global environment.
As part of the internal audit team, you'll provide independent assurance on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal processes and the control environment, adding value to the wider business. You will perform a wide range of internal audits from planning to completion stage, as well as assisting in preparing the annual Group Internal Audit Plan. Travel is 40-50% to international destinations including Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia and Australasia.
The successful candidate will have trained in a Big 4 environment, and have ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent experience. You may be looking to make a first move into an "in-house" role, or perhaps be an internal auditor in another business.
