Finance Manager - M&A

Multi-skilled M&A professional to move into an in-house transactional Finance Manager role with a NASDAQ listed, global enterprise.

The role:

Working constantly with the Strategy Team and supporting the procurement of new deals and acquisitions, this Finance manager role would suit an ambitious individual from Big 4, investment banking or a private equity firm with extensive transactional services, project management and due diligence exposure.

The Finance Manager will work with cross-functional and cross divisional teams and will be a key member of medium sized M&A projects, supporting end to end deal management and a track record in successful completed M&A transactions will be required.

The ideal Finance Manager will have/be:

• Strong financial modelling and financial analysis skills
• “legal literate”
• familiar with SPA’s and contract negotiation
• Comfortable working in a small team
• responsible for M&A across EMEA, in a very hands on capacity

This Finance Manager role will appeal to entrepreneurial self-starters who prefer plenty of independence at work.

Based in Surrey, some travel can be expected and additional languages will be an advantage, as will mobility.
