Our client is a big4 firm looking for experienced candidates to join the Midlands Assurance team specifically for the financial services team as Senior Manager.

With new clients predominantly located across the Birmingham and Milton Keynes offices this is the practice to build your career in financial services (there is flexibility in which office you can be based out of). The services the team provide include external, internal audit and financial due diligence.

Reporting direct to the Partner you will be responsible for a portfolio of external audit clients for day to day management, building and maintain the existing relationship and understanding opportunities to assist with their issues. Within the team you will be responsible for coaching and development and shaping the future of junior members of the team. Assisting with managing the staffing of the job, financial performance and business development and building relationships with target clients will be the norm.

The basic qualifications for this role include an ACA, audit experience working in the banking and insurance sectors and will as management of audit from planning to review of the process. Experience of auditing in a PCAOB environment is preferred for those looking to specialise in banking. These is the minimum requirement for the role.
