PAYROLL SUPERVISOR - 30-40Kpa - PERM - BASED NEAR SOLIHULL o be responsible for the payroll function and ensure employees are paid in a timely and accurate manor. Provide supporting link between the payroll and finance teams, completing all documents associated with the payroll function. Responsibilities would include:Responsibility for the monthly and weekly payroll for approximately 600 heads.Reconciliation of payroll control accounts within general ledger.Producing timely and accurate records directly into finance.Reconciliation of PAYE and NI and related Revenue requirements.Completion of P11d documentation.Pension reconciliation and administration.Assistance with tax year endAttachment of Earnings and court orders processed accordingly.Any other projects or tasks assigned to you by the management team. Skills neededADP Payroll & HR System knowledge & integrated ones.Excellent Excel skills - Look up, Pivots.Ability to extract & manipulate data.Previous experience at Unionised sites.
