A newly created role within a high-end investment business for an experience Purchase Ledger. The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Central Finance Team with BACS payments, inputting purchase invoices, processing expense claims, treasury related tasks and other ad hoc admin tasks

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Finance Analyst with management of purchase ledger
  • Set up of BACS payments and processing staff expenses
  • Liaising with banks and other third parties as required
  • Assisting other parts of the firm on a pro-active and re-active basis, to meet their finance related requirements
  • Other admin tasks as required

About you:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar/purchase ledger role
  • strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent organization
