Interim Accountant

Qualified Interim Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) required for a global, industry leading business based in Surrey. A 12 month fixed term contract position working as a Senior Accountant within a fast paced team providing professional accounting services with the additional opportunity of hands on involvement in process change and strategic direction for this vast business. To apply, we are looking for an all-round Accountant with proven commercial acumen, expert technical knowledge (including IFRS) and financial analysis skills combined with a confident, can-do attitude. Core Senior Accountant duties include:

• Preparation of financial statements and accounts
• General Ledger Accounting
• Statutory accounting in line with IFRS requirements
• Internal and external audit reviews
• Monitoring financial performance

Key skills required:

• A fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Existing technical accounting experience, gained within Audit or Industry
• Strong analytical skills
• Process improvement experience
• The ability to communicate across wider business units
