Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

A thriving SME with accelerated growth plans for the next three years are seeking an FP&A Manager as there is a need to increase the focus around business planning.

The FP&A Manager, which is a newly created role will:

• Support all stakeholders by providing sound financial analysis
• have ownership over the budget and forecast cycle
• be responsible for ensuring a robust forward financial view
• be providing support to the internal and external stakeholders with sound financial analysis therefore enabling accurate decision making.
• taking ownership of cashflow forecasting and integrated financial models.

There is also a project element to the role which will be largely ad hoc and may include product pricing, project pricing, KPI creation and other discrete projects.

The ideal Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will have:

• An advisory, private equity or boutique investment bank background with experience of building funding models.
• some experience of providing forward looking financial information in a fast moving and varied environment.
• The ability to build relationships is essential as is the capacity to explain financial concepts to non-finance individuals.
